This classic pancetta is made from belly pork, seasoned with juniper, bay and fennel, and aged to perfection. Pancetta is an endlessly versatile cured meat, it can be eaten on its own, cooked into Italian-inspired, dishes, or used as a substitute for bacon.

How To Store 

The Organic Cures Pancetta is delivered fresh in an insulated box. They are butchered fresh to order and will arrive with a minimum of a month's shelf life (including the day of delivery). We recommend for these to be stored below 4 degrees.

In 2023, The Organic Cure was founded from a mutual passion for charcuterie between renowned chef Daniel Gavriilidis and organic farmers Harry Boglione & Emily Perry of Devon's Haye Farm. Combining their talents, they craft small-batch, organic charcuterie sourced from Haye Farm's 90 acres of pasture. Here, the farm's organic, high-welfare livestock of beef, sheep, pigs, and chickens graze alongside fruit and vegetable gardens, yielding the finest ingredients for their exceptional range of cured meats.

We Recommend:

  • Platter Presentation: Include sliced pancetta on a charcuterie board alongside other cured meats, cheeses (like Parmigiano-Reggiano or goat cheese), olives, nuts, and seasonal fruits (like apples or pears).
