How To Store

Rare and Pasture Country Pate is delivered fresh in an insulated box. and will arrive with a 20+ day shelf life (including the day of delivery). We recommend for these to be stored below 4 degrees.

How To Cook 

We recommend:

Serve at the Right Temperature

  • Room temperature: For the best flavour, serve country pâté at room temperature. Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop fully.
  • Slicing: Cut even slices or small portions using a sharp knife.

2. Pair It with Bread

  • Rustic bread: Serve it with good-quality crusty bread, like a baguette or sourdough, to balance the richness of the pâté. Toasted slices work well for extra texture.
  • Crackers: If you prefer something lighter, go for artisanal crackers or crostini.
